DESCRIPTION:TeensDaySA: SLAY (Summit for Learning Among Youth) is an annual event by youth\, for youth\, where young people from all over San Antonio come together to learn\, grow\, and get the tools they need to be healthy\, confident\, and active in their communities. Now in its 3rd year\, TeensDaySA is all about connecting with others\, having fun\, and gaining the skills to thrive in life! \nIn the first two years\, we focused on important topics like mental health\, physical health\, sexual health\, and substance abuse prevention. We also emphasized how youth can get involved\, make a difference\, and work with professionals to create positive change. \nThis year\, we’re taking things to the next level! At our 3rd annual event\, we’re helping YOU build leadership skills you can use in school\, your community\, and beyond. We’re also giving you the tools to take control of your future with financial literacy skills—so you can make smart decisions and become more independent.
