Gay Liberations Extravaganza Forum

The Gay Liberations Extravaganza Forum is a safe, fun, informative, healing and welcoming space for everyone in the community. This event comes around every 3 months and it is to help and guide the community through the in and outs of self luv. Research has shown that societal stigma and stereotypes can have negative impact on self-esteem, mental and physical health, education attainment and job performance within our (LGBTQ+) community. The aim of this forum is to educate participants in the community on how to obtain the love that we all need and deserve. That love, that we all need is the love of our own selves.  This forum will empower you and give you the tools and resources needed to effectively address stigmas, self luv, coming out, self-esteem and so much more. In addition, we will open the space for dialogue and answer any questions that there may be. This months topic is “Forming a Relationship with yourself”. The event is catered to the LGBTQ+ community. But is welcoming to any ally, who wants to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community and our experiences, feelings and perspectives.
