Free Therapy Services
Individual, Couple, or Family Therapy
Pride Center San Antonio is proud to offer free therapy sessions for members of the LGBTQ+ community and their families through a new Counseling Internship program. Mental Health Clinicians in training, under clinical supervision, will provide all counseling sessions.
This service is intended for individuals, couples, or families who are seeking support, guidance, and ways of managing their mental and emotional well-being. In a therapy session, you can expect to explore common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, etc. in order to identify aspects of life you may wish to explore and change. Family and couples therapy explores the interpersonal dynamics between families and intimate relationships in order to nuture change.
