Come OUT 2 Vote – LGBTQ Voter Rally

October 16, 2014

Pride Center San Antonio is proud to partner with other community organizations for the San Antonio LGBTQ COMMUNITY COME

COTV FLYER OUT 2 VOTE RALLY!

The 2014 Mid-term Elections are a pivotal moment in the history of the Texas Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender, and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) community and their allies. On issues such as same-gender marriage, employment discrimination, reparative therapy, voter ID laws, same-gender adoption, women’s health, minority/immigration rights and reform. The stakes are too high for registered voters, particularly registered LGBTQ voters, to sit at home and not vote this election season.

That’s why we’re encouraging early voting and getting out the vote by hosting the LGBTQ COMMUNITY COME OUT 2 VOTE RALLY!

We want you to join us Sunday October, 26th 2014 at the Luther’s Cafe/Sparky’s parking lot at 4pm. We’ll be inspired by music, performance, and speech followed by a short historical SOLIDARITY WALK together as friends, family, and community to an early voting site where we will cast our early votes and serve as visual motivation to our fellow registered voters to COME OUT 2 VOTE!

So please, invite your friends and family, join us at the Luther’s Cafe/Sparkys parking lot Sunday, October 26th, 4 PM, and COME OUT2 VOTE!!!
